Monument Brewery was going to be a craft brewery based in Provincetown, MA, on the tip of Cape Cod. Two names were being considered for the brewery, Monument Brewery, after the Pilgrim Monument in the center of Provincetown, and Starving Artist, a reference to the art community for which Provincetown is known.
